Our experience buying shades and shutters was awesome!! The prices were the best when I compared to several other stores and the product was excellent quality. The staff was very easy to work with... all of them are super nice. Isa helped us pick the right shades and shutters for us. She met us at our home and measured all the windows. She is super knowledgeable and is so friendly!!! Very easy to get ahold of and get updates from. It did take awhile for the shutters to get in because of supply chain issues, but they are beautiful. The shades are also so pretty... we ended up buying more for our sliding glass doors ! Installation was also very professional and easy. Highly recommend this company!!! Thanks for our window treatments!!!

Our experience with them was excellent!! Iza our sells rep was great, very friendly and helpful. She was always available to stop by every time I needed to look at the sample for the shades before we made our decision. She could not be in our installation date but did stopped by the next day to check how everything turned out. Our shades did not took too long to be ready, they set up the installation super quick and the people who installed them did a really good job. We were refered to them and they have the best prices!! I recommend them 100%!!!

Great options. The installation was quick. However my blackouts were not what I imagined. The measurements seem off on most of my blinds/rolling shades. I had to buy side panels to make up for the space on my blackouts. My blinds seem really cheap; I hope they hold up for a few years at least. Overall it wasn't my best decision but it wasn't my worst.

We are pleased with the motorized shades installed. It would have been nice to have a follow up call after installation. I called Elite shutters and advised no follow up call received. I received an immediate review to complete regarding service. Overall the shades are nice. We are awaiting for our shutters installation and cannot wait to see the overall look in the home.
